Racking Sessions / Open House Dates
Having already crushed, and pressed their grapes, the next step for our 2009 Chilean Winemakers is racking (the removal of sediment from the barrel). We have racking events / open houses set for the following days and times:
7/16 Thursday - between 5 & 8pm
7/19 Sunday - between 3 & 8pm
Racking events are an opportunity to observe the actual racking process and of course visit (and taste) your wine. We will be racking barrels continuously during the event so you do not need to be there at a specific time. All wine lovers are welcome!

We are also pleased to announce the following Open Houses dates. Our open houses are a great opportunity for you and your group to visit The Wine Room of Cherry Hill to see (and taste) for yourself the fun and excitement of making your own world class wine! So if you have been thinking about getting involved, now is the time!

So gather your group and come to an open house to chose the variety you wish to make.
Please note that Labor Day is late this year (Sept 7) and we expect the California Grapes to begin arriving September 12, so do not delay, order your grapes now!
Our Latest Adventure
As if showing our fellow wine lovers how to make world-class California and Chilean wines - over 300 barrels of it - was not enough, The Wine Room of Cherry Hill has now begun yet another wine-related adventure. As many of our winemakers know, we have owned a New Jersey vineyard for the past two years, and have been completing the paperwork required to be able to sell our wine retail. Final approvals have finally come through, so we are both pleased and very proud to announce the debut of Coda Rossa Wines produced and bottled by The Wine Room of Cherry Hill Vineyards. Coda Rossa means “red tail,” named for the red-tail hawks that have made their home at our vineyard.
