The third step in winemaking is to Rack the wine, and although this step is optional for our winemakers, it is a great opportunity to observe the process and taste how the wine is maturing. All interested winemakers are welcome!
Racking Events / Open Houses will be held on the following dates.
Thursday 7/17 from 5:00 - 8:00
Sunday 7/20 from 1:00 - 5:00
Our winemakers will be bottling their 2007 California wines throughout the month of August. Give us a call to confirm specific dates and times if you would like to schedule a visit to see (and taste) what all the excitement is about!
On Thursday 9/4 the World Champion NY Giants will begin their defense of the title against the dreaded Washington Redskins. Winemakers are invited to schedule their bottling session that evening and watch the football game with us.
